  1. Consider Hair Type: Choose oil based on your hair type. Heavier oils like 10 Herbs, Rice, Rosemary, almond or coconut are suitable for coarse, thick, dry, or unruly hair.

  2. Assess Scalp Condition: For a dry or flaky scalp, opt for oils with moisturizing properties, while lighter, non-greasy oils are better for oily scalps.

How Frequently to Oil Your Hair:
